Refund Policy

We want every order to go smoothly. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made through Stockly. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Undelivered orders are fully refundable

If your order has not yet been delivered in-game — for example, if we are unable to complete delivery, an item becomes unavailable, or you cancel before delivery — you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that order. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Delivered items are generally non-refundable

Because we sell virtual, digital items that are delivered directly to your Roblox account, an order is generally non-refundable once it has been delivered in-game. Like other digital goods, a delivered item is considered used or consumed at the moment it reaches your account and cannot be returned. If you believe an item was delivered incorrectly or there was a problem on our end, contact us and we will make it right.

Incorrect Roblox username

You are responsible for providing the correct Roblox @username at checkout. Orders that fail or are delivered to the wrong account because an incorrect, mistyped, or wrong-account username was provided may not be refundable, since the item may have already been delivered as instructed. Please double-check your @username before paying.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or report a problem with an order, contact us by email at stocklyofficalbussiness@gmail.com or through our Discord community. Please include your order number and a short description of the issue so we can help quickly. We aim to respond to refund requests within 1–3 business days.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — almost every issue can be resolved quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or engaging in chargeback abuse (for example, disputing an order that was delivered as requested), is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in suspension or termination of your account and refusal of future service. We keep delivery records and will respond to disputes with evidence of fulfillment where appropriate.
