These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stockly (“Stockly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the website at stockly.gg, including any purchases you make through it. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using Stockly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years old to use Stockly on your own behalf, or, if you are under 18, you must have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- you are 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission to make the purchase;
- you are the authorized holder of, or have explicit permission to use, the payment method you provide; and
- the information you give us (including your Roblox username and any billing details) is accurate and complete.
Using a payment method you are not authorized to use, or making a purchase without the required permission, is a breach of these Terms.
3. The service we provide
Stockly is a service that delivers virtual in-game items for the Roblox experience “Grow a Garden 2” to a buyer's Roblox account. Items are delivered electronically as an in-game mailbox gift to the Roblox username you verify at checkout. All items are virtual and digital — they are not physical goods, and no physical product is shipped.
4. No affiliation with Roblox or game developers
Stockly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Roblox Corporation, Grow a Garden 2, or their respective creators. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. All other game names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. These names are used here for descriptive (nominative) purposes only.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered in-game to the verified Roblox username you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter the correct Roblox @username — not your display name — and to make sure your account can receive in-game mailbox gifts. We deliver to the username on the order as submitted, and we are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong account because of an incorrect or mistyped username.
6. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or abuse.
7. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
- use a payment method you are not authorized to use, or engage in chargeback abuse (see our Refund Policy);
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems;
- resell, exploit, or misrepresent the service; or
- violate the rules or terms of any third-party platform, including Roblox.
8. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the site and are charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. Stockly does not store your full payment credentials. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. In general, undelivered orders are refundable and items already delivered in-game are not. Please review that policy before purchasing.
10. “As is” disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Because the items we deliver exist on and depend on a third-party platform (Roblox) that we do not own or control, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for changes, downtime, item removals, account actions, or other decisions made by Roblox or the game's developers that may affect an item's availability or value.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockly and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stockly and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING_LAW_STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. For purposes of these Terms, the contracting party is Stockly, an operation of a registered LLC in [GOVERNING_LAW_STATE].
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the service after that point means you accept the updated Terms.
